@WagesOf I...don't think that's within the realm of possibility. It was in federal court, and states bring and win "interstate" antitrust cases all the time without DoJ.
If it does get tossed (I doubt it, what does SCOTUS have to gain by going to bat for Ticketmaster?) I would expect it to be on some random technicality or by nerfing the remedy

@legoktm The current DoJ was a party of this case and withdrew expecting the case to simply die; whatever reasoning they had for that would be the reason for SCOTUS to kill it. The current corrupt federal gov got paid by someone to let Ticketmaster keep their monopoly.
