Sunday blustery long run with Coxhoe on the run. Ferryhill rail crossing reverse, cold win but sunshine. A nice steady run. A few grumbles from my knee on the run home (bonus 3km) which I'm tempted to put down to my running shoes. Some experiments this week. Stopped off at the lamplight for a coffee and to celebrate a 70th. #running #runnersofmastodon
