A wet Wednesday easyish run with Coxhoe on the run. Trying to find the less muddy paths, I wasn't feeling it but still managed a pb up to the tip and a second back on escape from cornforth. Too much time in a meeting room with a cold that is proving hard to shake. #running #runnersofmastodon
