Street art at Sheffield canal basin by Affix (Phil Padfield), a Sheffield-based, self-taught street artist specializing in large-scale spray paint murals. More info in alt text. Why a horse at this location? Well, Sheffield and Tinsley canal was opened in 1819 and at that time the barges were towed along by horses. This is why canal-side paths are called towpaths. #sheffield #canals #art #streetart #streetartist #UrbanPhotography #urbanlandscape
