@sexybenfranklin tailscale has a reverse proxy feature of its own called tailscale funnel, which i do use for some things but find to be a little unreliable

    @sexybenfranklin i haven’t tried jellyfin yet, but plex for example i have a specified port mapped to the plex server at the router. for web services, you only have one set of 80/443 ports to work with so if you want normal inbound traffic on those at a IP/hostname that’s what you have to work with so it’s still pretty useful to point that at something like Caddy or Traefik that will let you redirect traffic to services based on different criteria (and also handle SSL certs for you)
