Honestly can't tell that it is beheaded. No blood dripping or spinal column exposed. Honestly looks like some design for a blind samurai or some shit.

Yeah, it seems weird. The crest of John Smith (of Pocahontas fame) is supposed to be of three beheaded Turks (because he personally beheaded three Turks). But it just looks like he has three Turks on his crest.
