@tommertron@masto.yttrx.com I’ve never used fb marketplace. I hate dealing with lowballers and no shows, so I tend to just give everything away rather than dealing with people.
When I lived in Toronto Craigslist was really great. I offloaded a bunch of furniture to people and it all worked pretty well.

@waffles@masto.yttrx.com Yeah I’m at that point now too. Most stuff just goes to the curb. For apple tech stuff I just take the trade in value if Apple will give it to me or leave it with them to recycle. The money I leave on the table doing that is not at all worth my time trying to sell privately anymore.
