Me too. AMD 486. 1994… 32 years ago? 😮 I began compiling my own kernels to “speed things up” after I switched to Linux in 1997. That machine finished its days running RedHat 6.2 as a firewall and email server for my LAN. A lightning strike finally killed it off (2008?).⚡️

@chessert @blp You were early on the AMD train. I had a DX and I think a Cyrix clone too. I feel like the 486 was really where the non-intel PCs started taking off.
