An online acquaintance posted a beautiful extended essay on another social platform about grief & loss & coping with that. Meanwhile, NHK network was showing a documentary on wind phones, how they’ve proliferated after a Japanese man set up the first one b/c of his own loss. The wind phone nearest me on a local trail was not featured (just as well). Then they aired a biopic about a Japanese barista who died young, tragically, & his parents opened a café in his honor. I detect a theme 💔
