@wyatt_h_knott Agree. The issue I had yesterday was that I got distracted by the arrival of the supermarket delivery lorry and couldn't remembered if I'd hit Tare on the scales before starting to add water to the olive oil, which led to estimation sadness all round - a genuine multi-tasking fail! 🤦

@MintSpies I find every breadmaking opportunity (I'm working on my bagel recipe now) leads to another chance to try and do better 😅
