They also equate the Nazi hatred for Sinti and Romani people with hatred of „darker-skinned people“ because they dont know shit about hatred for nomadic and indigenous people or the Nazis and can only view racism in their limited US-centric perspective. This might be even more damning since they seem to be from Norway, but i dont know enough about the specifics of the oppression of Sami people but whatever. 4/13

But back to the original shit take. First, some terms. Holocaust is a old-greek word applied by outsiders to the genocide of 2/3rd of the european jews by the Nazis and their collaborators. This term is usually used specifically for the genocide of jews, not for Nazi atrocities in general.
