คนขายหวย = (street) lottery seller
Basically, the Singapore Art Book Fair wants their exhibitors to sell their books like hot dog vendor. And you HAVE to pay S$150 to do that.

I don't think people are just gonna display two books as illustrated; those things can get heavy when you pile them up.

@faux_icing yah, we heard about books selling like "hot cakes". But never visualised this.
