The whole LLM and AI stuff will only stay if you use it. If they can't monetise it, it'll disappear again. Your role in this is easy: Don't use it. If you have to use it, use local models or wait for your boss to explicitly order you to do it. Keep your eyes open. In most cases where people say LLMs and agents solves something it's an indicator of missing self service options and insufficient formatted data. In other words you can solve these cheaper with good traditional automation.
