@smallcircles @Kerplunk @chatcontrol this is why Brexit was important and just how far the EU has deviated from the free-trade organisation it was set up as.

@EF @smallcircles @Kerplunk @chatcontrol The EU was *never* just a free-trade organization. What part of the goal of political union did you not understand? Might be an idea to do some reading about the history the organization instead of projecting your own preferences. A key reason for Brexit was British pig-ignorance about the EU.
