@ambivalena Incredible work. There's something of the Pictorialist spirit in this shot... the focus on mood being more important than documentary sharpness. The heavy grain makes the space around you feel almost tactile, thick with the thoughts you mention in the title. It looks like a scene straight out of the past, as if time has stood still here. Your figure in that wicker chair, surrounded by raw wood, creates a composition that is hard to look away from.

@tombzz I am so greatful for your comments Tom, they mean so much since I know that it takes time to see and describe your thoughts about someones photos, and especially portraits or self-portraits. Thank you very much 🖤🖤🖤 And, this is why I love pentax. There are so many options to choose from to get what I am after, different built in b&w coloured + IR- filters that really change what you see or not, many whitebalance options and also a high contrast one, all for b&w shots plus multiexposures.
