@sysop408 Didn't work in the industry that long. I held only two jobs (7y and 5y), in not super-competitive programmer positions. Army experience (23 years) helped me learn about and evaluate people. I have a natural gift to read people and their internal motivations, nearly on sight. That said, I've been burned a few times, giving people the benefit of the doubt, despite my instinct. We share the ability to distinguish achievers from the fakers.
