(I stopped making WP sites when it became impossible to offer a custom site at a reasonable price for smallish clients, partly due to theming, partly due to people breaking things with ‘cool’ plugins then expecting me to be on call to help fix the mess)

@mattround I just use Disable Gutenberg plugin and create themes in the old fashioned way of our ancestors. But yeah acf should be baked in along with caching and security, which I understand their upsell to jetpack covers
