Hold onto the anger, it will keep you alive. Find a professional to help you learn how to navigate the normie world, because your parents clearly won't. Find your success in your own terms.

Being disabled is difficult, and I don't want to downplay that. But just to give you a bit of hope: I'm happily married to an autistic guy and have two autistic kiddos (one is pretty severe). Keep an eye out for your people - they are probably looking for you too.
