all in all, i would hope my thoughts on the zine are read in a key of offering avenues for us to collectively think deeply about technology in a more rigorous way
i don't reject the basic premise of the zine, namely that tecchies of all types should own up to the damage they do and the potential for radical action
on the contrary, i would love a world in digital technologies are taught to people and discussed in a political and ethical key
here's to more writing and exploration!

@catileptic excellent points, thank you. The struggle of good/bad tech companies is challenging. It's risky to trust VC-backed or publicly traded companies, but even in that case if they are behaving ethically and open sourcing enough of their platform in a way that prevents future lock-in then even they _might_ be ok? Small isn't automatically good either. People around me are confused because things that I once promoted, I'm now arguing against. Which makes them question my advice.
