@griffin30007 @nblr the two batteries having different capacities means the AAA drops voltage faster than the AA and the AA would very slightly charge the AAA, increasing wear on both. i'm guessing the AA and AAA compartments aren't meant to be used at the same time (which is why they're arranged in a cross) but rather are wired in parallel so either 1.5v battery will work in the slot for convenience

@3 @nblr @griffin30007 You are *guessing* that the two compartments laid out so that they are physically impossible to use at the same time, aren't supposed to be used at the same time?
