Omg, now which jail is working has swapped. I think this is some name collision somewhere...

It is. So if I have a jail kanidm and kanidmtest, then whichever jail is started first will get an IP and the second will not... So now I have kanidmprod and kanidmtest and it works. The interface names never collided though, so I don't know where it died.
