@avilewis@mstdn.ca Typical boss who hasn’t a clue what all the workers actually do but is absolutely sure everything good that happens depends on himself. And maybe a few senior managers. and everything bad is, of course, the front line workers’ fault.
In other words, he’s too privileged to be competent.
