I have horrible luck when calling for information Typically, I wait on hold for 45 minutes and then get disconnected. Today, I called the state's DMV office expecting the same. But within 5 minutes a REAL HUMAN responded to my query about renewing my driver's license. I have to take an eye exam and the written test because I'm a billion years old. But Martha, the REAL HUMAN gave me some tips on the best time and what to study. We're both confident that I will pass and I think I've just experienced a DMV miracle. Huzzah! ✨
