@blinry I have exactly the same bucket here, and an empty one whose contents I've already used up :D
I mostly use it for vegan Döner Kebap, which I make in bulk, freeze and then use on demand: https://recipes.tilman.ninja/tstehr/Vegan_Doener_Kebab
