seeing this thing going around again where people claim that discord has secretly joined bots to your server and shows as proof the fact that /ban $SOMEID bans something. sigh. yes, like. you're banning the bot account by ID. if the bot isn't in your discord, it can't join it now. but that doesn't mean that it was ever there in the first place
