I had a box, a switch panel, and misaligned holes. No easy way to make it right.

I had the box and panel, but the holes were off by 1/8 to 1/4 inch, and not enough spare material to just drill new holes. After exploring several ways to hack this together, I decided on a plan, because I had threaded standoff posts from past activities...and some epoxy...and some tools.
