I had the box and panel, but the holes were off by 1/8 to 1/4 inch, and not enough spare material to just drill new holes.
After exploring several ways to hack this together, I decided on a plan, because I had threaded standoff posts from past activities...and some epoxy...and some tools.

So the plan was, use a 1/4 inch router bit in a drill press to create 4 pilot holes in the right locations. Ugly holes. But parallel, and perpendicular to the plane of the panel. Then expand those with a 9/32 inch drill bit, because the standoffs need that. Then, using 2-part marine epoxy, glue 4 threaded standoff posts into those holes. Now, I have perfectly located, threaded screw holes. Additive, Subtractive, and Reactive Engineering. /EOM
