@Cetraria oh, I definitely like the claytonia as a salad leaf (this is my first time growing it), I also like the wild rocket. IMO basically any leaf is better than lettuce 😅
But I don't need a billion of them growing in one of my tomato beds!

@yvan That makes sense! (Rocket is also lovely! And I'm still trying to get mine to reseed 😅) On the plus side, putting in some tomatoes will thin them so they have more space. Maybe you could pot up some of the ones you take out for tomatoes, to sell or give away?
