He said “Abszolút filmszínház” which means “Absolute movie theater”, a deliberate mistranslation of the original meme, which is how it’s used in Hungarian, adding another layer to the joke. Intentional mistranslation of memes is also a thing in other countries like Germany and Turkey.
Something that foreigners also find funny: “Magyar” literally means Hungarian, so yes, the country will have a PM called Peter Hungarian.

I don't know any Hungarian, but here in Estonia, cinema or movie theater is pretty much an euphemism for drama or just something funny happening and has been for a long time. Common sayings are "siin hakkab kino saama" (there's going to be cinema here) or "paras kino oli" (that was some cinema), etc. Cinema is generally not used as a countable noun in these cases. If by some miracle I was in a room where JD Vance and Trump got into a fistfight, I would say "it's about to be cinema here" when the first one raises his fists.
