Apparently young guys nowadays are unironically addressing other guys whose names they don't know as "brother." Which is weird to me because when I was young those guys were calling everyone "bro," and the general semantic trend over the last 20 years has been towards abbreviating words, not speaking them in full. Also they're calling me "brother" despite my aging soft twink presentation. #transmasc
