@ChateauErin I imagine so! I can't speak for him, but I know that in his position, a forward, public-facing statement that honours the death of a loved one is what I would be intending to put out there, and ultimately, that is what's on screen.
It's powerful and important to see adults (particularly men) comfortable displaying emotion and emotional support, and I don't want to suggest otherwise!

@ChateauErin I just try to be mindful of what I'm participating in at a cultural level - it's easy for this sort of stuff to end up fetishised, and it's more than a little creepy to see people making YouTube ad revenue, etc. off clips of it. Feels healthy to have mixed feelings.
