Kudos to the (lowercase) united States for sticking with the case after the (uppercase) United States tried to corruptly cut a deal.

@legoktm I prognosticate an appeal to the Supreme Court to vacate the entire case due to it being an interstate commerce matter that the Federal DOJ dropped making any state cases moot. I hate it here.
