@pawpower @baxaphobia Yes, exactly this. Sigh. I wonder when our society will lose the idea of one size fits all for what constitutes healthy? Just because a thing is healthy doesn’t mean it is good or healthy for everyone. Thanks Rox… you’ve got me thinking about steak and mushrooms and I cannot have these things. lol.

@amy0223 @baxaphobia Seriously if I could remove the term healthy from our collective lexicon, I absolutely would do it. Mostly when I see it used it is in a smug self superior kind of way. Usually judging other people's food choices. DIt is ridiculous! It is also incredibly subjective! I prefer to use clear concrete language around food. Terms such as low-carb, dairy free, high protein, etc. Those are factual labels that tell you what a product is, not some subjective label like healthy or unhealthy or even worse, clean.
