@Saltssaltgirl My mom gave me one a long time ago but I could not replicate that cookie. I think Nana gave her a recipe that was not quite right. I'm not a baker, though, so it might be me. Nana was the best cook. She could make anything.

@blwinnemore sadly, I know many people who share recipes, but leave out key ingredients or steps. I hope you find a recipe or cookie that proves worthy
