@brentsimmons Rebuilding the index by following these steps fixed a similar issue for me: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102321
I think maybe a week later it got bad again, so I did the steps a second time and it has been fine since.

@dale_price @brentsimmons same thing on my end, had to rebuild the index a couple of times fixed it.
