holy shit
crow just landed on the balcony
the feeder with the nuts was empty
it jumped onto the table, looked at us, gestured an eating motion in the air, and repeated that multiple times until i got up to refill the feeder
crows are so fuxking cool

@sammy yeah! they seem to do that around this time of year, probably feeding their young. our local crow also went from "shadow flyby" to "land and walk around a little" to communicate "refill please"

@sammy I have a couple cardinals and some bluejay bro’s that do the same. Get comfortable reading a book and then they start calling for attention.
