The Capybaras I met were named Sugar, Spice, and Cinnamon. One of them spent most of the time burrowed behind me on the sofa. We got to feed them lettuce, which they each eat 10-12 pounds a day. Their fur feels like straw. They make little tribble chirping noises. The 3 we met were 9 months old. #capybaras

Gertie just shit on me!!! She was playing, went in the back to poop, didn't finish a soft poo and wiped it on my chest!! 💩 Hubby said "there's something in your dress" I go to wipe it off and he starts shouting "it's shit it's shit it's shit!!" But that doesn't register until I already had my finger wiping it off!! #GertieFanClub

I had to take Gertie to the vet today to get tested for heart worms before they would give her the flea/tick/heart worm med. We got there and the receptionists immediately went gaga over her and were passing her around. Then the vet tech came out and dropped her clipboard she was so taken aback by Gertie's cuteness! #Garden update! I have harvested a total of 8 delicious cherry tomatoes, I have about 12 bunches of green ones still growing. The mystery tomato plant (I got it at a mutual aid fundraiser and it was a volunteer tomato plant from someone's raised beds) has 3 palm-sized tomatoes that are light green with dark green stripes. I'm interested to see what they turn out to be. My carrot greens were turning brown so I plucked them, and they are tiny but very sweet! We already ate them. They were...

I just had my first tomato that I grew myself!! It was orange-red in color and I was watering my garden before the heat of the day and I just plucked it and ate it! The rest of the bunch should be ready tomorrow or Sunday.

Part of my job as a librarian is ordering books. I often get emails from publishers about books they want me to buy. Today I got an email from a publisher of &quot;Medical Law and Jurisprudence titles.&quot; One of the titles they&#39;re shilling is &quot;Forensic Medicine and Toxicology for Homeopathy.&quot; Yeah, now all of their titles are suspect.

Calling all Tom Scott fans!! He had a new series on Nebula where he travels to every county in England. The first episode is visiting a bell foundry. Nebula is a Creator owned streaming service, with annual and lifetime membership are available. We&#39;ve found so many great videos on there!
