Outdoorsy people - has anyone dealt with access issues in Perth & Kinross shire? There's no mention of the (statutory requirement) Access Officer on the council's website. Had to raise a generic complaint and hope it gets forwarded to the right person. But it's Perthshire, a lot of access issues. 🙄 Locked gates, if anyone was wondering. #Perthshire #PerthAndKinross #Access #AccessOfficer #ResponsibleAccess #RightToRoam #Corbetts
