Instead, we’re taking a harder route: Inhousing our storage layer Adding a 3rd replication region Gradually replacing Hetzner and Backblaze S3 Only once everything is tested, including disaster recovery, we will switch production traffic. Best case: No price increase, stronger #resilience and faster uploads 🤞
