Guess I gotta start taking it apart, but I don't have the time and space right now, so this will have to wait a bit.
Thanks for your input though, I will check the keyboard connection!

@colinstu It seems like you guys were right. I took it apart, disconnected the keyboard and the beeping stopped. The keyboard has a problem...
