Well I was born in 1982, and I studied electrical and telecommunications engineering, so the MHz is a nod to this :)He/Him

@midwan Hi, question about Amiberry: I still have a Pi 1 from 2012 lying around. Is this fast enough to emulate an Amiga 500 with Kickstart 1.3, or will it struggle?

Are there any good blogs/websites about tech and retrocomputing that are just kind of nice and interesting to look at and read? Tech news recently is all about AI and datacenters and ram prices and the cloud and whatnot, and it&#39;s all kind of depressing. I need something to balance this out, something that&#39;s fun and wholesome and feel-good. Any recommendations are welcome!

Any #Thinkpad experts here? I have an older L420 on which I installed LInux. After it gets to the bios and before it opens the bootloader it beeps a seemingly random number of times. I have counted anywhere from 5 to 13 beeps. After it&#39;s done with this, it boots normally. I&#39;ve already flashed the latest bios and loaded the default values. No change. Any idea what this could be? I&#39;ve looked at several websites which explain thinkpad beepcodes, but none mention this be...

Ordered a cheap external DVD-drive on Amazon. Took it out of the box and something was rattling around inside. So I pried the two halves of the case apart a little bit and a screw fell out. That&#39;s probably fine.
