It's the same on warm boot, yes.
Holding shift during boot gives me a "stuck key" error, tapping F10 seems to skip whatever diagnostics are running and gets me straight to GRUB without the beeps.
The message about "active protection" at the end seems to relate to a sensor which detects movement, maybe this one is faulty...

@82mhz @zhenech If it was serious problem I wouldn't have thought F10 would interrupt the beeping. On the other hand, beeping after GRUB is odd. Makes me think it is GRUB beeping.
