Ask for recommendations and leads in the open on fedi or the atmosphere: lots of helpful suggestions from humans, or at worst, crickets.
Ask the same on FB: a few helpful suggestions from humans, and a wave of invasive LLM-driven solicitations across multiple channels including my personal number.

Up to literally a dozen spam texts across my personal and business phone lines. And I know fedi and atmosphere are only exceptions rn because they're not yet as lucrative of targets. I don't want the dark internet theory to come to pass. We need to regulate the shit out of this industry and pursue scammers and spammers relentlessly as soon as we elect decent people.
