@jellycrystals Plenty of artists on mastodon, so add a few more art related hashtags and you should find someone.
Just make sure first that the tattooer you plan to use is happy to ink other people's designs

@joannaholman I live in Thailand. Most of the artists here just do what you ask them. Good to know though!
