Interesting approach to a cookie banner, and so easy to implement for the devs: Tell people that they can always block cookies from their browser settings.
I think this *could* be GDPR compliant if they don't share any of their own analytic data with advertisers using other means, so that the user blocking 3rd-party cookies is sufficient to block sharing of data?

@AmeliaBR This is not consent, so no, it does not meet GDPR. You cannot say “change your browser settings before you read this” to claim consent to tracking. If you don’t have active consent to tracking, you cannot track personal information.
