@c64whiz real HW not an option?
(QEMU is my primary suggestion, so i guess libvirt is related to that?)
(that or bochs or 86box/pcem, not used 86box/pcem but I have a feeling it'd be a good match)

@wyatt @c64whiz Ohhh you *gotta* try 86box/PCem! It lets you use real PC ROMs! They've got the Commodore PCs! I started trying to figure out how to add my Tandy 4085EP to it but I never finish anything. 😌
