@shalf @signalapp @Mer__edith For more context, one defendant in this case, Dario Sanchez, has state charges of "hindering the prosecution of terrorism" & "tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair" for merely removing a group chat member from Signal and Discord chats after that person's home was raided — not even deleting messages.
