@alienghic @Andres4NY @KathyReid Name-based stuff has problems of its own. Geoff Huston arguably pointed out in an interview quoted in The Register in January that essentially we already have that.

@bms48 @Andres4NY @KathyReid I think the current CDNs along with everything being encrypted make smaller community based sharing of arbitrary data harder. I feel like there's room for more efficient sharing of content between edge nodes.
