Ah, 2cm border from the page to text i hear? well, say no more! just create a new page style, adjust its margins to 20mm and.... yea the now your footer is messed up. Again, a internet search led me to a forum post which explains what the 19 (!) spacing settings do [1] and after reading it, it makes sense that the margin is actually a "no print area" and not just space.
