@julianlawson I like beans, hadn't really thought about them for some reason. Good idea! No time to deal with dried beans, but I can cheat and grab some tins in the shop. I have some wild garlic pesto in the fridge right now too, which will be good stirred through some beans, and I could also pick up some kale from the allotment. Throw in some oregano and call it cotto in Italia. 👌🏻
